class=\"aux-modern-heading-description\"><p><strong>Obec Hodon\u00edn, jako\u017eto vlastn\u00edk lesa, v\u00fdznamn\u011b zanedbala ochranu lesn\u00edho porostu proti kalamitn\u00edm hmyz\u00edm \u0161k\u016fdc\u016fm. Neprovedla v\u010dasnou t\u011b\u017ebu 536 metr\u016f krychlov\u00fdch napaden\u00e9ho d\u0159\u00edv\u00ed a umo\u017enila t\u00edm ukon\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdvoje k\u016frovce a jeho vyrojen\u00ed do okoln\u00edch lesn\u00edch porost\u016f. \u010cesk\u00e1 inspekce \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed obci za tento p\u0159estupek ulo\u017eila pokutu ve v\u00fd\u0161i 550 tis\u00edc korun, pravomocnou od 5. listopadu 2022.<\/strong><\/p><p>P\u0159i kontrole lesn\u00edho majetku obce Hodon\u00edn v\u00a0\u010dervenci 2022 inspekto\u0159i zaznamenali velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed nevyt\u011b\u017een\u00fdch k\u016frovcov\u00fdch sou\u0161\u00ed, v\u00a0nich\u017e k\u016frovec ji\u017e ukon\u010dil sv\u016fj v\u00fdvoj a roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159il se do okoln\u00edch smrkov\u00fdch porost\u016f. \u201eObec sice v\u00a0roce 2021 a 2022 asana\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1sahy prov\u00e1d\u011bla, ale ne v\u00a0dostate\u010dn\u00e9m rozsahu. Pova\u017eujeme to za zanedb\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9ho hospoda\u0159en\u00ed v\u00a0les\u00edch,\u201c uvedl \u0159editel Oblastn\u00edho inspektor\u00e1tu Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 Luk\u00e1\u0161 Tr\u00e1vn\u00ed\u010dek. Obec v\u00a0roce 2021 napaden\u00e9 stromy pouze nechala vyk\u00e1cet a odv\u00e9st, ani\u017e by zde nainstalovala nap\u0159. lapa\u010de. Tento postup byl v\u00a0rozporu s\u00a0platnou vyhl\u00e1\u0161kou \u010d. 101\/1996 Sb., dle kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 b\u00fdt asanace provedena tak\u00e9 mechanicky (nap\u0159. odkor\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm) nebo chemicky s\u00a0vyu\u017eit\u00edm insekticid\u016f. Za v\u010dasnou a \u00fa\u010dinnou asanaci pouh\u00fd odvoz k\u016frovcov\u00e9ho d\u0159\u00edv\u00ed pova\u017eovat nelze.<\/p><p>Pokud nen\u00ed asanace k\u016frovcov\u00fdch ohnisek provedena v\u010das a \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b, dojde v\u00a0okol\u00ed k dominov\u00e9mu efektu: dal\u0161\u00ed napaden\u00e9 stromy se stanou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou dal\u0161\u00edho odles\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed, sni\u017euje se stabilita lesa a t\u00edm p\u00e1dem se omez\u00ed \u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 pln\u011bn\u00ed funkc\u00ed lesa jako\u017eto ned\u00edln\u00e9 slo\u017eky \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed.
